NOTICE on holding the next annual general meeting of shareholders of "Jizzakh plastic" JSC

Dear shareholder, "Jizzakh plastic" JSC, located at 5 Tashkent street, Jizzakh region, Jizzakh city, to you on June 27, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Jizzakh city, Tashkent street, 5 house ("Jizzakh plastic JSC" administrative building) informs about the next annual general meeting of shareholders of "Jizzakh plastic" JSC at the end of 2022.
The list of shareholders with the right to participate in the general meeting will be compiled based on the register of shareholders created as of June 21, 2023.
The registration of the participants of the general meeting of shareholders will start on June 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and continue until 12:00 p.m.
We inform you that the following items are included in the agenda of the general meeting:
1. Approval of the regulations of the meeting.
2. Approval of the report of the Supervisory Board of Jizzakh Plastics joint-stock company on the results of its activities in 2022.
3. Approval of the report of the chairman of the board of Jizzakh Plastics joint-stock company on the end of financial and economic activity in 2022 and the activities carried out to achieve the medium and long-term strategy of the company.
4. Approval of the report of the Audit Commission of "Jizzakh plastic" joint stock company on the results of 2022.
5. Review and approval of the report of the external auditor organization of Jizzakh Plastics joint-stock company on the results of the audit conducted at the end of 2022.
6. On approval of accounting balance, profit and loss and distribution of received net profit of "Jizzakh plastic" joint stock company at the end of 2022.
7. On approval of the business plan for 2023 of "Jizzakh plastic" joint stock company.
8. In order to ensure the implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 20.04.2023 No. PQ-127 "On measures to establish a chemical-industrial technological park in Jizzakh and Tashkent regions", the buildings and structures of JSC "Jizzakh plastic" with an area of 44,848.43 m2 and on considering the issue of giving 13.63 hectares of land area to "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC for the reduction of its share in "Jizzakh plastic" JSC.
During the preparation period for holding the general meeting of shareholders, you can familiarize yourself with the materials (information) of the general meeting of shareholders at "Jizzakh plastic" JSC.
In order to participate in the general meeting, shareholders are requested to come with their passports, and representatives of shareholders - with a power of attorney issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
