Announcement of a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the organization of an initial (IPO) public offer of shares of Jizzax plastmassa JSC in the amount of up to 25 percent of the authorized capital of the company.

Jizzax plastmassa JSC announces a tender to organize an initial public offering of Jizzax plastmassa JSC (IPO) shares at the initial stage with the issue of additional shares in the amount of up to 25 percent of the authorized capital of the company according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further reform and improving the investment attractiveness of the chemical industry ”dated April 3, 2019 No. DP-4265.

1. Participants in the competition may be investment intermediaries in the securities market or commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan that meet the following requirements:
   • availability of a license to carry out the activities of an investment intermediary or the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
   • the participant should not be in the process of liquidation and / or bankruptcy, be insolvent;
   • the participant must possess all types of resources necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, competence, experience, qualifications;
   • the participant must give suggestions on participation in the organization of the subscription campaign and on the volume of the repurchase of the unrealized part of the shares.
2.  Shares of Jizzax plastmassa JSC are offered in the amount of up to 25% of the authorized capital of the company through an initial public offer (IPO).
